HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If your MARLEY THE LABEL purchase isn’t working out for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item. We don’t do direct exchanges!

Once our team have received your returned parcel, we will be more than happy to issue you an online credit note to purchase anything in our store, or the size you prefer. 

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Our warehouse team process and pack orders quickly to ensure your item is out for delivery the same day, or next working day. We will do our best to change your order if you email in immediately, although it is not guaranteed that we will be able to change it in time. Double check your order, and your delivery details.

 

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT NOW?

Sometimes we may re-stock an item. Sign up to our mailing list, and check occasionally, or email in to see if we are likely to re-stock.

 

WHY DOES THE ITEM PRICE CHANGE WHEN I GO TO CHECKOUT?

You're able to browse through our store in your international currency - however, as we are based in New Zealand, the price will automatically convert to NZD when you get to checkout (and include your shipping fee if applicable). It may look like you're paying more, but it is simply just the most current exchange rate.

 

WHERE ARE WE BASED?

We are based in Hawkes Bay - Napier, New Zealand.

 

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES OR CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, the amount will depend on what country you in, and is the responsibility of the recipient.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping to most countries.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

So sorry! We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store.

 

I'M UNSURE ABOUT SIZING

Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back, and order another size to suit!
